Rosé Restaurant & Lounge is an absolute GEM! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food? PURE PERFECTION. Every bite was comfort food at its finest. I paired it with their hot sweet chili wings, which were cooked to absolute perfection. Dipping them in the fresh blue cheese? Chef’s kiss! The flavors balanced so beautifully, I almost shed a tear. Then came the strawberry crunch cheesecake—I could write poetry about this dessert. Creamy, rich, and full of that nostalgic crunch, it was a 10/10. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the steak tip bites with mashed potatoes and garlic broccoli had me questioning all my past dining decisions. Rose' is the new place in Springfield. Food is exceptional. Presentation is appetizing and ooh so Very tasty. Staff greeted us as we walked in. Waitress made sure our experience was a good one. We love this new place. It's my new go to. Try the salmon bites. You'll definitely be back for more.
